How this is measured. Every minute, from Cloudflare, outside the network Helicarrier runs on, we check that our domain resolves, load the dashboard, call the API, open our website and docs, reach test apps deployed and routed exactly like yours, and query a test database of every engine we offer. A failure has to repeat before it shows here, so a single dropped request doesn't count as an outage. Deploys and storage are reported by the platform itself. If something a check depends on is down (for example our domain), that check shows "Not checked" instead of claiming a second outage. Minute-by-minute checks began on October 2, 2026; earlier history comes from our incident records.
